I've used a mix of Tim Holtz Distress Inks to create the background. I've used an assortment of sewing related stamps, unfortunately, I don't recall who made them. I added real buttons too.

Just Sew Tag
Crafting often takes you in a different direction to the one you'd planned to go - this is one of those occasions. I'd intended to make a card but ended up with a tag. Sometimes it is nice to craft with no agenda and just see what you end up with.
